DENTAL ASSISTANT
Blue Back Dental is an advanced general dental practice with locations in West Hartford and Avon. We are currently seeking a motivated dental assistant to work in both practice locations (full and part-time positions available!). While we would love it if you had the preferred experience listed below, we are confident in our ability to hire candidates with strong fundamentals and will provide top-of-the-line training investment for your missing certifications.

Qualifications Required
- Dental assisting experience (in office or school)
Qualifications Preferred but Not Required
- Radiology (X-Ray certification)
- ICE Certificate

PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR
Blue Back Dental is an advanced general dental practice with locations in West Hartford and Avon. This position is open for both locations.

Dental terminology, dental office experience, and computer proficiency are required to utilize and manage the practice’s digital record systems. We are completely paperless with Dentrix Dental Systems.
A snapshot of responsibilities and duties:
- Manage day-to-day operations utilizing our high-technology computer systems
- Check patients in/out for their dental care with exceptional concierge service
- Answer telephone calls, send and receive emails and texts
- Analyze dental insurance benefits and prepare patient estimates for services
- Importing dental records into systems
- Review finances with patients and secure appointments for dental care
- Update patient insurance information
